The school remains a place of joy, a temple of knowledge and a home away from home for children. Literacy brings awareness which leads towards objectivity and turns into setting targets and finally achieving goals which are not related to only personal achievements but also for the benefit of society. And that is how we at Tilak Bharati have developed a rich lineage of distinguished alumni and students, who have brought glory to the school by achieving laurels in various walks of life and acclaimed high standards in different disciplines and occupied top positions in and around the country. Together we can taste success with flying colors with our kids progressing steadily towards their goals set for turning your dreams into reality.

Our purpose has been to provide a dynamic environment for the holistic development of children and set the stage for student achievement so that they finally emerge as winners. Each day, children of varying abilities, talents, interests, and backgrounds work and play together. We encourage our students to challenge themselves, celebrating their creativity, initiative and individuality, through their daily interactions in the classroom, as well as, through their participation in our many co- curricular programmes. 2. Indian culture Examination is conducted by Bharati Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha under the aegis Gyan Teerth, Shantikunj, Haridwar.
3. Cultural fiesta to practice and promote Indian culture and Heritage.
4. Science Exhibition every year as a platform to showcase students scientific innovations.
5. Quiz competition, Talent Search Exams at State, National & International level held regularly. The school sponsors all competitive and meritorious students for participation in the various competitive exams.
6. Yoga karate and sports are included in the curriculum.
7. Annual Sports day “Tilak Saptah”, “Sports Week” “Scholars Day”

Today’s children are skating on information. The need of the hour is to teach them how to make the best use of that information. The role of teachers has changed radically which has proved to be a litmus test for the success of present generation child. Teachers’ today need to transfer themselves from disseminators of information to facilitators of learning and this could be achieved by empowering them through training. We emphasize on creating and maintaining a strong work force of effective teachers for the very purpose of connecting bookish knowledge to real life situations in right direction. We at Tilak Bharati, have been putting out a lot of grey cells to this effort. Some of them are in shape of like.

1. Theme based teaching in pre-primary classes.
2. Training module on CCE (Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation).
3. Training enhances skills in curriculum planning, transaction and evaluations.
4. Assessment of speaking and listening skills.
5. Seminars and Workshops are organized regularly to cope up with the fast developing IT Industry and enriching the faculty academically and spiritually.
6. The academic and administrative processes are designed with more emphasis on overall personality development of the students. We take pleasure in being evaluated by any responsible authority on the criteria of value addition to children.
7. Classrooms are equipped with smart E-class contents and hardware.
